All sales at Omi Buffet are final. Once payment has been made and food has been served, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. Exceptions may only be made at the sole discretion of management in cases of extenuating circumstances.

By dining with us or placing a to-go/delivery order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Omi Buffet reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

At Omi Buffet, we value our guests and strive to provide the best possible dining experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, we ask that all guests review our refund policy before dining or placing an order with us.

  1. All Sales Are Final
    Once payment has been made and food has been served, refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be issued. This policy applies to dine-in, to-go, and delivery orders.

    If we make a mistake with your order, and the food has not been touched or consumed, we will gladly offer a refund or provide compensation. Please notify a staff member immediately so we can correct the issue.

  3. Quality Concerns
    If you have any concerns about the quality of your meal, please bring it to the attention of our staff right away. While we do not provide refunds for taste preferences, we will do our best to address the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

  4. Management Discretion
    In rare or exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of management.

Do we offer refunds?

Please note that all buffet sales are final. Because our buffet offers unlimited food for a fixed price, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits once the buffet service has begun.

If there is an error on your order or the food has not been touched, we will address the situation at management’s discretion.
